Mentoring is essential during an ESC volunteer experience, as young people go through significant changes that bring new experiences and emotions. Since COVID-19, loneliness has become a major challenge for many. e.p.a. as ESC Coordinating, Hosting and Sending organisation tries to support it’s partner organisations in Hamburg in creating the right conditions for an enjoyable experience, ensuring continuous mentoring throughout the entire journey.
