Our host was The Youth Centre in Gjakova – a member of the e.p.a. network, which by a self organised group of young people and is registered by the Ministry of youth, culture and sports. It provides a space for young people and is open to all ethnic groups. They are invited to debate on topics of interest. Amongst other activities it offers theatre and video workshops, traditional puppet theatre…

Our aims were:
• To get to know the situation of young people in a very young state: Kosovo, especially Roma,
• To explore and discuss the possibilities and challenges for young people to participate in building a civil society
• To share good practice and encourage each other in our commitment for youth empowerment and Human Rights
