Network Partner Meeting

Profetional Development Activity

 Palermo | Sicily, Italy

Facing all the difficulties in the world around us, we feel grateful to work with committed partners from our international network and this time to co-organise a PDA – Professional Development Activity, with Moltivolti, in Palermo – Sicilia. An activity under the Erasmus+ Accreditation Project 2025-2026_NA_DE04-KA151-YOU-000297567.

The goal of this activity was to bring together young people, volunteers, and people who work with young people and children in their communities. We strengthened our network and international youth work, exchanged good practices, and explored together how we can organize and host e.p.a. youth exchanges.

All participants were representatives of our partner organizations, as well as team leaders from youth groups (in Bratislava – Slovakia, Ljubljana – Slovenia, Palermo – Sicily, Lisbon – Portugal, Ceuta – Spain and Hamburg – Germany), who already take part in e.p.a. youth exchanges. Our aim was to co-work, co-create opportunities, and build the conditions that allow young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, to experience two weeks of international exchange, justice, and participation, in spaces where their rights are respected.

Another important goal is to empower our partners to feel safe and confident to invite and host e.p.a. youth exchanges in their own countries and communities, while also supporting young people to take a more active role in this process.

This time, we worked on all of this together, and we are already looking forward to our next international youth exchange in Sicilia, in Corleone and Palermo, hosted by Moltivolti.
