Triangle of Mind – Body – Society

The Balance Within and Beyond!

We are thrilled to share our international youth exchange under the Erasmus+ Accreditation scheme, project number 2025-2026_NA_2025-1-DE04-KA151-YOU-000297567!

In the summer of 2025, young people from Lisbon, Thessaloniki, Turku, Sofia, Timisoara, Liverpool and Hamburg–Ukraine (the e.p.a. youth group in Hamburg) came together in Hamburg and Tettenborn to explore the theme:

“The Triangle of Mind – Body – Society: The Balance Within and Beyond!”

In times of social, emotional and political challenges, this project invited young people to reflect, exchange and take action. Through creative workshops, talks, and community visits, we explored what’s going on in our different realities – and how we can learn from each other’s strategies of resilience, resistance, and care.

From mental health to physical well-being, from social pressure to community empowerment – we connected our experiences and inspired each other to cope, dream, and act together. And along the way, got inspired by how others stay strong, stand up for themselves, and care for each other.

The Hamburg youth group of e.p.a. excitedly hosted this vibrant and diverse group of young people and helped create space for voices that are too often unheard. This exchange was especially committed to including youth from disadvantaged communities, giving them access to international exchange and their universal rights.

This project was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and generously co-financed by the City of Hamburg, making it possible for young people from the UK to take part.
