HANDIKOS aims to represent and support people with disabilities by advocating and lobbying, providing professional services to promote their well-being and achieve equal rights, and an independent and dignified life for all. HANDIKOS’ mission is: Prevention of disabilities, promotion, provision of services as well as recognition and full participation for people with disabilities.

    HANDIKOS sets, but will not be limited to, the following objectives:
    a) Protection and promotion of human rights for persons with disabilities, including free movement, quality health services, social welfare, education and employment.
    b) Provision of social services to persons with physical disabilities.
