Clowning is a classical field of social circus. You enjoy and you show it to others. You laugh with yourself, and you make others laugh. Clowning supports relationships and optimism and it is a great tool of social work. In this workshop we will shortly meet the theory of clowning as a part of social circus and then learn some of the basics of clowning, and the associated techniques. It will surely be fun!
Our social circus trainers Konstantina Goutsika, Aliki Batsaki and Alberto Pérez López are youth and play workers and educators, who live and work in Thessaloniki, Greece. For many years they have been involved in projects of social circus and are very happy to spread the message of the power and potentials of social circus for participation of children and young people!
The workshop is in (easy!) English and uses many non-verbal elements.
In order to take part in the workshop the registration on the ATW-Digital is required. After your login you will be able to choose and register for the particular workshop(s) from the programme. These instructions will help you to go through the steps, as the website is in German language.
